Application Instructions:

1. Prepare: Preheat your heat press to 290°F (143°C) and set the pressure to medium.
2. Position: Place the transfer design on your desired fabric, cover with a Teflon sheet.
3. Press: Apply heat and pressure for 15-20 seconds.
4. Peel: Peel immediately while hot or allow to cool slightly, then peel the carrier sheet off smoothly. 
5. Final Press: Cover with a Teflon sheet and press for an additional 8-10 seconds.

Care Instructions:

• Machine wash cold, inside out.
• Tumble dry low or hang to dry.
• Do not bleach or iron directly on the design.
